Computer and Network Services - Stratford Heights Telephone and Network Services

STRATFORD HEIGHTS TELEPHONE AND NETWORK SERVICES

Telephone service in the Stratford Heights complex is provided by the UC telephone system. Each jack in a Stratford Heights residence room is equipped with an Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA). The ATA has two ports, the PHONE port provides a UC campus telephone line and the LAN port has a UCNet connection for a computer. It is very important for 911 purposes that the ATA is not moved to any other location; it must remain where it is installed.

911 calls from Stratford Heights go to City of Cincinnati Police Communications Center.
Collect calls placed to residents are blocked.

Equipment problems? Call the UCit Help Desk at 556-HELP(4357).
