DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE
The University uses a speech directory system. Dial “0” from a campus phone and the system will prompt the caller with: For a college or department directory say 1. For a names directory say 2. Speak clearly, do not add superfluous wording, and reduce background noise as much as possible. If, during normal working hours, the system can not forward your call, you will be connected to a University Operator.
