First Name:

To search by first name, enter the first name and enter information in one other field (text box or dropdown).

If you know their first name and the first letter of their last name, then enter their first name and the first letter of their last name and click Search.

The key to finding someone by first name is that you must enter information in one other text box along with their first name in the First Name text box.
