The Technical Services team is in charge of the administration of the centralized systems; consultation and project management assistance in installations, renovations and new construction on campus; and ongoing maintenance of the hardware installed around campus. The team diagnoses problems and gives user support and training for OnGuard, the card access software, Genetec, the video management system and Manitou alarms as necessary. |
